Rocky Mountain Health Network (RMHN) is a Physician Hospital Organization (PHO) located in Billings, MT. RMHN has over 1,600 members and manages 26 payer contracts/relationships. RMHN provides Revenue Cycle services to over 25 provider practices. RMHN is focused on the success and growth of value-based care programs as the future of the organization and the future of healthcare in general.
Summary
The CEO/President of RMHN is the principal strategic and operational leader and is responsible for the success of the organization. The position reports to a Board of Directors and has a dotted line relationship to Intermountain Health's Montana/Wyoming Market President.
Responsibilities
- Provides strategic direction in alignment with all members
- Ensures ongoing financial growth and success
- Foster growth and development of RMHN's membership
- Has full responsibility for the Board of Director's relationship
- Has full responsibility for the current operations and the implementation of future initiative
- Acts as the primary liaison between provider members, the administrative team, health plans, third party administrators, insurance brokers, and population health leaders
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in applicable field
- 10 years experience in healthcare management with increasing responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of managed care contracting, reimbursement trends, total cost of care
- Understanding of the Montana/Wyoming provider and payer market
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
